  1. Ensure customers use all Advanced Support services

  2. Update Gainsight with calls & milestones

  3. Handle complex service requests & provide Arbor support

  4. Achieve 95% satisfaction & meet SLA/productivity targets

  5. Own ticket cases, troubleshoot via phone/remote/desktop

  6. Stay updated on product releases & issues
