Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Manage end to end Production Support for LOS, LMS, Collections, SAP systems.
- Interact with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors to trouble shoot to resolve problems.
- Ensure Application and all Integrations are Up and running. In case of issue highlight the same to Application Support Lead and get it resolved.
