Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Understanding of property laws
- Mortgage of properties and negotiating, drafting, preparing mortgage creation and perfecting the same in the states of Gujarat, Rajasthan and MP.Calculating and applying Stamp Duty provisions and rates in Gujarat, Rajasthan and MPHandling ALL Sec 138 NIA matters filed in Ahmedabad ( for pan-India cases ) , maintaining MIS and reporting to HO
- SARFAESI enforcements in Guj, Raj, MP – right from issuing 13(2) notices to auction – sale and realization of monies
- Any other legal actions proposed and initiated like FIRs, Criminal Complaints, Civil Suits, Arbitrations etc.
- Understanding of alternate structures adopted for holding property like through membership of societies, shares in companies etc.
- Negotiating & settling, drafting and registering Lease Agreements, Agreements of Leave & License, Business centers, shared spaces
- Advising Head – Legal on empanelment of local lawyers for Legal whetting , reports and search & title as also litigations.
- Liaison with all empaneled lawyers in Guj, Raj, MP on regular basis and controlling of legal reports, issues, solutions
- Documentation with various vendors for support services
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
- LLB/LLM candidate who have just passed or waiting for a result can contact
- Post-qualification experience working with a Bank/ HFC/NBFC, with exposure to HL, Resi.
- Must be an expert in drafting letters in English language
