Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

Control and manage fixed marketing costs (FME & BTL).
Prepare revenue and cost budgets at both BU and value chain levels.
Collect and act on customer feedback (Voice of Customer - VoC).
Minimize project delays and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
Lead the MIS team to deliver standard and ad-hoc reporting.
