Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, text, LinkedIn etc.
Present our company to potential clients.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and our Team Experts.
Report to the Team lead on daily basis. Maintain the follow-up reports during team discussion
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Calling will be for USA & India clients; hence excellent communication is required.
At least 1 to 3 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar capacity.
Soft skills in IT/ITES Solution selling would be an added advantage.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Primary assignment would be reaching out to C Level executives (CMO, CBO, Head E Commerce, CIO etc.), introducing the organisation & work we do, create interest in the Product & request for a face-to-face meeting with our field executives to conduct the product demonstration.
Follow up with the inbound inquiries received from the Marketing team.
Using the CRM regularly to keep the reports on both calling & fall up updated.
Track record of achieving sales quotas.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Slintel)
Familiarity with MS Excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts)
