Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Experience in working on CCaaS Voice flows development Strong knowledge and experience in IVR call flow development
  • Experience in CCaaS migration and building of conversational AI.
  • Nice CXOne IVR application development, Conversational AI / Voicebots using Google Dialog flow CX or Omilia.
  • Cisco CVP, Java, Rest Web Services, UCCE, ICM.
