Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Lead and mentor Customer Success Managers to meet KPIs
  2. Drive NPS> 40 & manage Customer Health Score tracking
  3. Ensure 100% contract renewals & support upsell/cross-sell
  4. Oversee hiring,training and retention of CSM team
  5. Handle escalations and strategic account reviews
  6. Develop success playbooks,SOPs and advocacy initiatives
