Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned clients
  2. Assist clients via calls,emails and messages,resolving queries promptly
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to handle client complaints and ensure resolution
  4. Ensure timely delivery,replacements and post-implementation support
  5. Collect & analyze client feedback to improve service
