Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, and hardware issues
Support Active Directory, GPOs, VDI, Citrix
Handle service tickets (ServiceNow) and provide timely resolutions
Support MDM, antivirus, and encryption tools
Basic networking: switches, routers, wireless APs
Hardware/software deployment and asset management
