Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, printers, and video conferencing systems.

  2. Offer L1 support for plant-based devices (e.g., biometric, servers, HMI, network).

  3. Basic support for non-network systems/applications (e.g., password resets).

  4. Perform monthly backups for non-network devices.
