Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage device refreshes and AV system checks

  2. Support executive users (VIP), printer setup/maintenance, and walk-up support

  3. Manage IT inventory, asset tagging, equipment logistics, and warranty repairs

  4. Assist with onboarding and ensure IT policy adherence

  5. Maintain accurate asset management systems
