Should have complete understanding of the modus-operandi of E-com ecosystem.- Should have handled the E-Com accounts operationally (at National level) for minimum 3 years- Professional acquaintance with the key stakeholders and gatekeepers in major accounts like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Grofers etc.
Should be able to influence on PO release, cascade the POs to KAEs & ensuring deliveries with maximum Fill rate, hygiene check and corrections wherever required cascading the POs to KAEs, ensuring At Customer Level- Customer centric approach and decision making
