Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

Coordinate IT changes with local/international suppliers.

Improve IT support processes.

Manage Active Directory, Azure AD, M365, SCCM/Intune, and Teams telephony.

Handle routine maintenance, security updates, and automation scripts.

Support IT projects as advisor and executor.
