Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Manage all incoming communication including e-mails, phone calls, and physical mail and discuss with the Director for further action.
  2. Maintain accurate departmental records and filing systems.
  3. Organize and maintain the Director’s calendar; schedule meetings, set agendas, send reminders, and notify about cancellations/ changes.
  4. Attend meetings, take MoM, prepare follow up documents, and distribute minutes and reports to respective personnels
  5. Coordinate travel plans for the Director and other HODs including itineraries, bookings, and other necessary documentation.
  6. Ensure the Director’s meeting space is well organized and equipped with necessary supplies, water, and formal arrangements.
  7. Provide administrative support to other HODs when required.
