Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Liaison with Bank for Bank Guarantee for Govt Schmes
- Provide GST data of Cafeteria and Pharmacy to CA for Return filling
- To Manage FCRA Records as per FCRA Regulations
- To prepare and analyze Department wise MIS Reports
- Supervise a team of Accountants and Billing
- Reconciliation of Ayushman Patient wise claim vs
- amount received from Govt
- Conduct profit and cost analyses, Finalization of Accounts
- Reconciliation between HMS software and Tally Software
- Managing Fund Flow and Cash flow statement
- Conduct risk management
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
- Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits, Statutory comply with financial regulations
- Coordinate with Internal Auditor/ Statutory Auditor /System Auditor
- Recommend cost-reducing solutions
- Identify weakness/bug in HMS software and inform to IT Department
