Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • You work at the interface between management and employees and are the contact person for your colleagues with regards to professional and personal concerns
  • You are responsible for the employee support from onboarding to offboarding
  • You perform a wide range of tasks related to personnel administration throughout the entire HR lifecycle, including the creation of certificates, references and documents
  • You are responsible for preparatory payroll accounting
  • You support the implementation of new HR processes and tools
  • You are responsible for various projects to optimize HR processes
  • You coordinate tasks with all relevant internal stakeholders (Recruiting, Marketing, Delivery Partner, Compensation & Benefits, etc.) and external stakeholders (insurances, tax advisors, etc.)
  • Organizing events as well as the implementing HR initiatives (employer branding, university fairs, etc.) are also part of your job

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
  • At least 4 - 8 years of relevant professional experience
  • You are fluent in German and business fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Your strengths include strong organizational and communication skills as well as flexibility and a positive attitude
  • A high degree of service and customer orientation and an awareness of quality work characterize you
  • You have an ability to work independently as well as in a team
