He will be responsible for entire gamut of HR & P&A activities for Manesar Plant including Cordial Industrial Relations, Conducive work environment, Total Employees involvement, Safety & Security of men, machinery and building.
Besides this he will be responsible for Recruitment & Selection, PMS & Training & Development activities at Corporate level in the company.
Required: Graduate plus MBA / PGDBM from an institute of good repute.
· Preferred/Desired: LL.B
· Work Experience: 20+ yrs of experience in the field of HR in manufacturing sector.
