  1. Manage end-to-end employee life-cycle from post-onboarding to exit
  2. Handle confirmations,reviews,transfers,compensation and separations
  3. Act as HR PoC for departments on compliance and policies
  4. Maintain HRMS records,ensure legal adherence
  5. Lead performance,grivance and succession processes
  6. Drive engagement,culture and HR automation
