Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Canadian post-secondary certificate/diploma/degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 2+ years experience in corporate IT Helpdesk

  • Exp. with ITSM/ticketing systems, using remote tools for PC troubleshooting & Microsoft SCCM

  • Scripting with Microsoft PowerShell &  supporting Windows 10 to 11 upgrades

  • Hold active Secret Clearance
