- Coordinating with inhouse Placement team to understand new job requirement (JD) from clients, posted in the internal job portal.
- Coordination with sales team for understanding the registered candidates requirements.
- Cold calling (Screening the as per JD and share profiles with the clients, the shortlisted candidates to be scheduled for interviews)
- Coordinating tasks pertaining to Training and Placement.
- Maintaining and regularly updating Database of the candidate.
- 2+ Yrs experience in similar position in a staffing/recruitment. Worked on job role – (Data analyst, Data scientist, Scrum master, Project Manager, Product Manager, Agile coach)
- Pleasing personality and excellent communication skills and should have enthusiasm to work towards maintaining brand equity among Candidates
- Knowledge about end to end recruitment cycle
- Knowledge about resume reading and resume building
- Good in reading and understanding the Job Description (JD)
- Cold calling the candidates for explaining the JD and requirement
- Client follow-ups and feedback.
