Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Creating and executing plans that align with the company's values and contribute to social and environmental well-being.
- Building and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, including employees, communities, and government bodies, to identify and address social and environmental issues.
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR initiatives, such as community development, sustainability projects, and ethical business practices.
- Managing the financial aspects of CSR programs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to budget guidelines.
- Tracking and evaluating the outcomes of CSR initiatives to assess their effectiveness and make improvements.
- Communicating CSR activities and their impact to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and the public.
- Ensuring the organization complies with relevant CSR regulations and standards.
- Fostering a culture of ethical behavior and sustainability throughout the organization.
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
- 7 years of relevant experience in CSR, sustainability, or allied fields.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical skills to assess program impacts and prepare reports.
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SDGs, and ESG.
