Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for entire Merchandising Business of Avene. ·
- Making strategies and ensuring execution at BA counters.
- · Expanding merchandising business by opening new counters with leading chain of cosmetics.
- · Recruiting, Training and coaching of BA supervisors and BAs. ·
- Daily monitoring of pan India sales and corrective measures to achieve the objectives by follow-up. ·
- Strengthening Distribution network for Inventory management at BA counters
