Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Business Development (B2B) for job portal to employers (HR professionals / Recruitment firms / Business Owners)
  2. Call multiple Employers and explain how our job portal can help them to find the right set of people for their company.
  3. Set up a demo with the employers to show how our portal works
  4. Tell them about our paid packages and how they can get benefitted
  5. Answer any question the employers have and try to convince them to buy the package
  6. Keep track records of your calls, follow-ups and feedback

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
