Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Configuring & customizing OFS modules to meet evolving business needs.
- Troubleshooting & supporting integrations with Oracle ERP, GIS, and CRM (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Diagnosing and resolving OFS and custom plug-in issues.
- Providing on-site support during key project phases (UAT, Go-Lives).
