Must have knowledge and experience in Salary components preparation.
● Shall be processing monthly salary through HRMS software, If already worked on any
HRMS software would be an addon advantage
● Shall ensure the calculation and understand the loop point
● Shall be handling Tax computation, collection of investment documentation - verifying
and documenting the same.
● Shall be handling multiple entities employees salary according to their Stuatutory
● Coordinating with HR team for the Leave & attendance module, reverting to the
employee grievance of payroll related.
● Shall be responsible to coordinate with the finance department for timely
disbursement of the payroll
● Shall be responsible for employee reimbursements as per company policy
● Shall be handling all the MIS & Analytics regarding payroll through HRMS software
Candidates should have a graduation degree with minimum 1year experience as a
● Has good analytical capabilities, communication, people management, project
management, Team Player, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
