Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Gather client requirements through discovery calls
- Create BRDs,FRDs,SRS and detailed documentation
- Prepare project proposals with scope and timelines
- Build Gantt charts and task plans using Excel or ClickUp/Asana
- Identify project risks and suggest mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with tech and ops teams for clarity and execution
