- To carry out the manufacturing operations of Specialty Chemicals / intermediate processes in the plant as per the standard operating procedure. Operation of DCS.
- Perform first line production and reporting faults on plant and equipment.
- Follow safety procedures like work permit systems, PPE usage during the operations.
- Achieving the targeted production in each shift.
- Meeting all the delivery schedules for the products as committed in the Plan.
- Co-ordination with maintenance, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and stores/Warehouse functions to ensure compliance to the committed Plan.
- Achieving the targeted production in each shift.
- Contribute to the planning of work programmes to maximise overall efficiency; and to assist other members of the team as required to carry out the planned work programmes.
- To ensure the safety of co-workers in the plant and adherence to the EHS and safety regulations.
