Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee 50+ live projects.

  • Supervise & support junior Quantity Surveyor.

  • Collaborate with Contracts & Estimating teams.

  • Salary - £55K/yr - £60K/yr

  • Report to the Commercial Director.

  • Attend monthly Directors' meetings.

  • Ensure contract compliance & risk management.

  • Strong commercial acumen & leadership.
