Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial & contractuals across joinery packages

  • Handle valuations, final accounts, variations & payments

  • Monitor budget vs cost, report performance

  • Liaise with clients, PMs & site teams

  • Support tenders & pre-construction

  • Strong JCT contract knowledge

  • £60k salary

  • Health care after 12 months

  • Pension after 3 months

  • 8am–5pm hours
