Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients,ensuring timely & professional communication
- Manage client onboarding,queries & resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales,accounts,logistics)
- Handle invoicing,billing & payment follow-ups
- Create & analyze client reports using MS Excel
