Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
- Formulating fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success
- Undertake sound financial management to ensure branches are profitable and stay within budget.
- Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines.
- Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
- Lead a team of Area managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals
- Set standards and objectives for different products and departments
- Optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency
- Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
- Assist upper management in decisions for expansion or consolidation
- To recruit , train and channelize the available resources to have maximum productivity
- To achieve the given ANR , PBT , Revenue and NCL targets for the region
