  • Focus on developing a strong culture in the region by adherence of right policies and practices
  • Responsible for Talent Planning and Acquisition for the region
  • Smooth execution on onboarding and handholding of the new joiners to drive activations and higher productivity
  • Develop ways of employee engagement and drive employee engagement program in the Branch to boost morale of the employees.
  • Work closely with Training Manager to look for opportunities for developing capability
  • Engage with employees to increase retention
