- Responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team.
- Financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management. Also, manage the finance team, develop and implement financial strategies, and evaluate investment opportunities.
- Leading the development of financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Analyzing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and providing insights to support decision-making.
- Preparing and overseeing the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (IFRS) and local regulations.
- Developing and managing the company's budget, monitoring performance against budget, and identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Ensuring sufficient cash flow to meet the company's obligations, managing accounts receivable and payable, and optimizing liquidity.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications like CFA or CPA are often preferred.
- A strategic thinker with strong leadership and analytical capabilities, as well as a deep understanding of the consumer products market and its financial implications.
- Extensive experience in finance management, preferably within the consumer products industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting standards.
