Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Define and execute WFM strategies aligning with client requirements

  2. Manage end-to-end WFM processes: forecasting, scheduling, intraday management, reporting

  3. Monitor WFM metrics, identify risks and improvement areas

  4. Lead implementation of WFM tools, policies, and process standardization
