- Attending customer queries through emails and phone calls.
- Ability to understand and prepare costing from Supplier/s and provide quotations to Client/s.
- Processing Bookings by coordinating with hotels and suppliers.
- Handling Bookings and documentation.
- Liaison internally with various departments and with the suppliers.
