- Configure Incident, Problem, Change, and Request workflows (UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules)
- Implement Discovery, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Mapping
- Build risk, compliance, audit workflows
- Define ACLs, UI/Data Policies, and governance scripting
- Design granular ACLs and role-based data permissions.
