- To plan & ensure NSO trainings for new SBPs/ new service center in region.
- To conduct training for the trainer and team leaders and trainer of trainings partners.
- To ensure implementation of certification program.
- To coordinate with brands for brand certifications program.
- To attend business reviews and plan training intervention.
