  1. Manage & maintain stationery stock records (issue/receipt)

  2. Distribute items to staff, teachers & students timely

  3. Track stock levels & raise replenishment requests

  4. Keep registers, bills & documentation updated

  5. Coordinate with vendors for procurement & delivery

  6. Maintain stationery room
