Study, get trained and learn about the working of the company's enterprise business process automation software products like Distributor Management System, Salesforce etc. and related Mobile Applications.
Provide software support by understanding issues reported by Internal and external customers and provide appropriate solutions.
Provide online and on-premises training and implementation support on company's software products to end users.
Coordinate with the external product engineering and operations team and get customer complaints resolved within relevant timelines.
Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
Knowledge of any Business Software like: Distributor Management System, Salesforce or any ERP /SCM/ CRM Business application.
Ability to quickly learn the software product and Business functionalities.
Must have extensive Technical Knowledge and the ability to grasp new software features.
Must be able to effectively communicate and work with the internal team.
Good in analysis, investigation and resolving technical issues.
Good knowledge of MS Office software, particularly MS Excel.
Ability to work independently with full ownership.
Must have a pleasant personality and be patient by nature. Good listening ability.
Should possess good communication skills in spoken and written English.
Should have an attitude to serve customers and assist them in effectively using the company's software products
