  • Responsible for driving desired Sales Profitability for given target achievement.
  • Meeting defined SLA’s for all processes.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Setting individual sales targets with team members.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Conducting training OJT for new team members.

  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or Team Leader , consistently meeting or exceeding targets
