Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

Hiring for Team Leader :

*Candidate should have experience in Inbound/Outbound (Voice) process.
*Candidate should have min 1 yr experience in Team Handling.
*Should have knowledge in Team Management, KPI's like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering, NPS/Csat & Dsat calculation.

*Graduation Mandatory
*Immediate Joining
*English + Kannada
*Salary upto 5 LPA
