Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  1. Own customer saas solution environment and inbound case handling
  2. Collaborate with CSMs to drive adoption and satisfaction
  3. Deliver SLA reports,ensure compliance and adherence to saas policies
  4. Manage incidents,changes,RCAs and disaster recovery
  5. Provide proactive technical guidance and customer success plans
