  • End to End Recruitment Process
  • Detailed Intake Discussion with Hiring Manager understand the business requirement and agreed & report requirement specification.
  • Provide market insight and advise business with respect to Talent Availability and position fitment.
  • Search, connect, engage talent, considering the candidate has impactful experience with TCTS in the Recruitment process.
  • Build Talent Pipeline through Active/Passive Sourcing
  • Ensure mandatory check before any application process to further workflow.
  • Talent Advocacy to hire an ideal candidate within quick turnaround time.
