Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

● Responsible to convert the inbound leads and outbound leads ( Medical, Non-Medical or NGO Leads)

● Responsible to achieve daily, weekly & monthly set targets

● Ability to make 40 - 50 calls or more in a day

● Communicate and increase the participation of the customer to fundraise on the platform ( either via phone calls, email or chats)
