Job Description | Role and Responsibilities
Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services, explain features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.
Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints through incoming calls.
Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the database.
Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and close deals.
Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and overall team performance.
