Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake meetings with clients to agree on qualification criteria for candidates.
  • Source and contact passive candidates through Job Portals and companies own database.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires.
  • Update clients on hiring status (e.g. number of screened candidates).

  • Keeping pace with the requirements and delivering the best resource possible in the targeted time span.Screening and filtering the resumes so as to give the best and genuine candidate and keeping at par with the fake ones, Sourced, screened, filtered resumes, checked references, interviewed and placed technical candidates with various clients.
  • Negotiated salaries, checked references, presented verbal offers of employment to selected candidates and compelled.
