Experience working with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C and 1099).End to End recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, interviewing, target Hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates.
Must be a self-motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills. Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Tech FETCH), Internet sourcing.
Negotiate & finalize Pay rates/compensation of candidates. Working Knowledge on Social Networking sites to identify candidates.
Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, verify visa status, confidence level, and work towards on-boarding paperwork.
