Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Excellent understanding of IT skills.
  • Experience working with US Tax Terms (W2, C2C and 1099).End to End recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, interviewing, target Hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates.
  • Must be a self-motivated, results driven professional with good communication skills. Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Tech FETCH), Internet sourcing.
  • Negotiate & finalize Pay rates/compensation of candidates. Working Knowledge on Social Networking sites to identify candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, verify visa status, confidence level, and work towards on-boarding paperwork.

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
  • Minimum 1 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
  • Should have excellent communication skills and written Skills.
  • Should should have good experience with different Tax terms.
  • Should have good experience with w2 requirements.
  • Willing to join immediate to 15 days notice period.
