Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage complete recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
  • Searching profiles through existing database, job portals like naukri, walk in interview and head hunting
  • Monitoring the implementation of key HR processes, including monthly review, attendance tracking, leave management, Learning and Development.
  • Should be able to work efficiently on MS Office Programmes like Word, Excel,Powerpoint and Outlook at a reasonably good speed.
  • The job is that of a Generalist and will be divided between Talent Acquisition and HR Operations and Payroll.
