  1. Monitor daily call volume.
  2. Ensure timely resolution of pending cases.
  3. Track service franchise call backlog.
  4. Oversee Visit TAT & Closer TAT.
  5. Manage repeat/re-open & costing ratio.
  6. Address HO, dealer, and social media escalations.
  7. Guide service franchise for NPS score improvement.
  8. Enforce use of genuine spare parts.
  9. Conduct weekly site visits.
