Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, and consultation cards
Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team
Report on a regular basis to Spa Manager on the performance related to any beauty services.
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the Beauty Salon and department.
Perform forecasting and departmental budget as required.
Manage operating expenses to minimize costs while providing excellent guest services.
Perform beauty treatment to the highest standard.
Actively promote marketing activities set out by the Manager and assist to drive Salon target revenue.
Assist with the training of any beauty and skin care services.
Promote the sale of merchandise in conjunction with beauty products.
Assist in the selection, training and development of the associate within the department.
